Over six weeks, we focus on Stage 1: Safety, helping you:

  • Set Boundaries with Confidence: Protect your energy and stop overextending for people who drain you.

  • Trust Your Intuition Again: Rebuild your connection to yourself and learn to trust what you feel.

  • Find Your Grounding: By the end of six weeks, you’ll feel more stable, steady and connected to your body and your life.

  • The Phone Ping Panic: Your heart hammers every time a notification pops up from the toxic ex or co-parent and you’ve forgotten what it feels like to have a peaceful evening.

  • The "I’m Sorry" Loop: You catch yourself apologising for things that aren’t your fault, just to keep the peace or "fawn" over a difficult person.

  • The Body Check: You’re clenching your jaw, your shoulders are up to your ears and your stomach is constantly in knots. Your body is stuck in a "Fight or Flight" response that won't shut off.

Shutting Down the Alarm:

We use the Her Serenity Method™ to tell your nervous system that you are safe. We find the tools that actually work to stop the shaking and the spiralling.

The "Grey Rock" Mastery:

We script your boundaries. You’ll learn how to stop being an emotional vending machine for toxic people.

Trusting Your Gut Again:

We start clearing out the gaslighting. If you feel like something is wrong, it is. We start rebuilding the bridge to your own intuition.

Grounding the Chaos:

By the end of week 6, You’ll start feeling grounded, compassionate and kind to yourself.
